On my previous high game (804 mil) I turned it on once, and turned on Monster Bash three times (if memory serves from 1/9/12).

I started Monster Bash during Wolfman and he was the only instrument I needed and beat him during Monster Bash then Monsters of Rock auto started. Only one playthrough.
